Company Introduction
Racing Champ Exhibition ( HK) Ltd mainly provides oversea exhibitions services, and was created in 1998. Besides booth rental and decoration, and transporting, we also take people overseas to the exhibitions and provide information. We provide the people of China with the opportunity to trade with Germany, England, USA, Poland, and Spain, and to help them enter the international market. In 2006, we opened our office branch in Shenzhen to better help and provide easier access for our customers.
Transporting of products
We have many years of experience in holding exhibitions. We gather all the products together and transport them as a whole, making sure the products arrive at the exhibition hall on time and that nothing is lost. We also offer the transporting service by itself.
The fee of transporting includes the document of customs clearance, port fee, and transporting products. ( Our fee does not include import tax, because this depends on the product.)
Applying for a visa
Our company¡ ¯ s headquarters is located in Hong Kong. Those holding a PRC passport can apply in Hong Kong for a visa to enter Moscow and Dubai.
a) Applying in Hong Kong
Exhibitors are only required to mail us the original passport, business card and photo. We will send the passport with the visa back to the exhibitor by courier.
b) Applying in China
Applicants can contact our customer service coordinator for requirements.
Arrangement of travel
We will arrange the journey according to the different requests of time and destination of the exhibitor and visitors.
Because we directly contact both Chinese airlines and foreign airlines, airplane tickets are less expensive. Also we will arrange for ( an) employee( s) to meet up with the exhibitor at airport and help with checking in at the airport and accompany them on the flight.
Arrangement of hotel, transportation and meals
During the exhibition, we will arrange for the exhibitors to stay at a hotel, meals, and also the needed transportation.
